Bus routes were slower this week, mainly due to events on Mt Albert Rd
Other peaks for the full Shuttle route are our usual 2-6pm loads.

UMA Spoil Tracking
We managed to remove more spoil this week than last, leading to a higher project completion rate.
This has left has us with a higher emissions rate but one that is at almost half the removal rate.

Union Mont Albert Larger Context
The delay rates and journey times this week have been higher than last.
This is due to an increase in our spoil removal loads and a number of events in the area.
Customer experience has remained relatively stable despite this.
